Using Block or Helical Piers

Adjustable brackets, used with either block or helical piers, are designed to lift sagging interior floors at the load point. If necessary, these brackets can easily be adjusted to counteract any additional concrete block settling. Traditional methods, using steel shims at the load point, create more structural stress and settling and may need to be reinstalled later.
